I just wanted to give you this extract from the Pheline Physics book:
CAT LAWS
Law of Cat Inertia
A cat at rest will tend to remain at rest, unless acted upon by some
outside force, such as the opening of cat food or a nearby scurrying
mouse.
Law of Cat Motion
A cat will move in a straight line, unless there is a really good
reason to change direction.
Law of Cat Magnetism
All blue blazers and black sweaters attract cat hair in direct
proportion to the darkness of the fabric.
Law of Cat Thermodynamics
Heat flows from a warmer to a cooler body, except in the case of a cat,
in which case all heat flows to the cat.
Law of Cat Stretching
A cat will stretch to a distance proportional to the length of the nap
just taken.

Kes, I loved that list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE TO organize my life around it 
The receipe for the irish cream ... well we have just moved and I can't find it but as far as I *remember* its like this:
500 gr cream - 6 egs - 6 spoons of sugar - 5 spoons nescafe - 500 ml gin ... but we didn't have gin so I used my fathers hoard of genuine Russian vodka
you got to mix it all - first beating the cream stiff, then adding the eggs, the sugar, the coffee and last what ever 100% proof is your choice
