I love ice-dancing -but very rarely watch it at all. 
Mostly I only know it's on after it's finished.
Generally I don't watch that much tv, and even then I'm usually doing something else (as long as there are only 24 hours in a day I guess it's going to stay like that) so it has to be something I can listen to as much as watch. With rugby, I look up when the commetator's voice gets excited, that way I don't miss much action.
