I hate to tell you Sho (seeing as how you have no BBC or iPlayer) but the Children in Need concert tonight live from the Royal Albert Hall was smiley - wow

Robbie Williams (who's never quite appealed to me...) quite melted my heart. He walked off singing the opening lines from Unchained Melody and I thought I was hearing things...but I replayed it on the iPlayer and he did. My Dad's favourite song, and tomorrow is the 3rd anniversary of his passing.

I'm now completely in lurve with Robbiesmiley - loveblush

*hands out welcome smiley - teasmiley - bubbly and smiley - cake to all new and old members of the smiley - drool thread in the hope of attracting more lurkers and fresh mea... er... smiley - drool*

smiley - envy I also missed the latest Dr Who, GB (and I haven't forgotten that I owe you a wooden thing, I'm just totally totally wiped out for energy this year and have been since about January 2008)

So - anyone up for smiley - drool at vampires and warewolves? Or do you all have more dignity than I?

*wonders if Terry & Yoda, Terry, Yoda or anyone else lurking is going to share some smiley - drool*

Back to the Deppster - not surprised he's sexiest man in the world, he always is for me. But Sean Connery... he's always seemed to be so full of himself that I don't particularly go for him. Although in the Hunt for Red October he was totally smiley - drool

Vampires don't really do it for me - but then, I'm a bureaucrat and spend my days surrounded by bloodsucking freaks, so there's nothing special there for me. smiley - silly

Now then, for anyone with NO BBC or iPlayer in other countries, you won't have seen Children In Need last night, and still can't. Other than the Peter Kay children's cartoon DVD/CD which is available on YouTube, you really shouldn't click http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8369944.stm unless you really WANT to see highlights, including John Barrowman prancing about in his underwear, (which he was going to put up for auction later...), and for Whovians, the quick clip at 2:57 was the highlight of the night for me. A sneaky prievew was played of the upcoming Christmas Special which I believe is David Tennants lastsmiley - cry but he landed on a planet where it was snowing and he was dressed as if for hot sunsmiley - laugh anyway he walked away from the smiley - tardis and spoke to an Ood which was waiting for him (he'd been "called" as following on from the last special on Mars)n

(part two, apologies, had to send that as Goldie jumped up and landed on my keyboard, I thought I'd lost the entire post, but hit send and hoped for the best...)

The Ood asked him to follow him and so the Doctor turned around and pointed his key at the Tardis. The key made a noise like a parked car being locked or unlocked, and the smiley - bluelight flashed. The Doctor then grinned at the Ood saying he was parking the Tardis, but the Ood remained expressionless and the Doctor mumbled something about being impossible to make an Ood laugh, me, I was on the floor laughing, please please tell me I wasn't the only one who saw thissmiley - rofl

Long live smiley - drooling; older ladies never go out, they just stay in & drool....

Gone off Depp a bit, back into Kurt Cobain fantasies, bit of Jim Morrison thrown in....garrgh, what is it about me & dead rock stars?

Watched the Boat that Rocked last night. Disturbingly fancied the young lead as well as the leather trousered silent one. Can't remember his name, though (bit of a Jim Morrison look alike)

Mmm, that Tom Wisdom bloke's a bit nice.

My current droolee is this fellow, who goes by the name of Rogue:

http://www.cruxshadows.com/Gallery.html#202

because I went to a gig by these guys last week, and was in the front row. He interacts with the crowd a lot, and I am a sucker for talented passionate poeple.

Not that I exactly mind having him in my head, but it would be nice to believe that my drooling was less predictably fickle.

Ah, trouble is once one starts drooling after a certain type, after a certain age (maybe ten?), pon continues to drool over the same type.
