Just noticed, on a random trawl for meetup memories stuff, you mentioned that you tried to find us and didn't. I have a horrible thought (nothing new there then...), did you wander in to Bonaparte's around 12 or 1 ish?

Not at that stage... someone did mention later "hang on, there were a couple of guys that looked in here a few times, I wonder if...". It would have been nice if we had noticed at the time of course. 
So apologies for missing you 
I'll suggest to people the next time wee meet up that someone with a h2g2 teeshirt (or just someone with a eyeball-searing shirt) turns up early to act as a beacon. 
Oh, and I've started a Scottish researchers group page at A599376, to try and coordinate these things a bit better in future. Feel free to pop along and have a look if you want.
