I like your page. It's very animated.
I will have to get some tips on how to do that.
I am only a newcomer to H2g2 so bare with me.
The SAD thing? What do you do to try and relieve it?

Thank you!
My page is made in Guide ML. It looks like this TEST446681
Any further questions are welcome.
As about SAD, I use a lot of artificial light and also some medical treatment and therapy.
Want some ? Or maybe ?

I am a drinker myself. One sugar and milk please.
I suffer from general depression. Not too bad at the moment, just tired. Can't sleep at the mo. One good thing though, it gives me a chance to meet new people on here.

Okay! Here it goes:

Yaeh, SAD is just a part of my depression. I am on Prozac atm.

No, not really. I have been on it since May. I can say that I feel much better than in May. Of course time and friends cure a lot of things, too. And I believe that h2g2 has a very therapeutic effect.

I think I am becoming addicted to this site.
It does have a therapeutic effect. You start searching for info and people and can't stop.
Am I mad? Hope not.
Glad you are feeling better.
You will soon be able to come off the Prozac. Fingers crossed.
Hi Hati
Hati Posted Jan 12, 2003
No, you are not mad, maybe just as all of us.
Prozac doesn't do any , it just helps me to organize myself to organize my life and thoughts.

Prozac is designed to bring your brain's chemical levels back up to normal. Not to make you go super happy or anything.
9 months is about the normal length of a treatment. Your body should be back in the swing of regulating it's own levels by then.

Yes, it's so. But the other thing is that if I can't change or avoid the reasons which caused the condition then I may take longer.
Hi Hati
Amanda Posted Jan 12, 2003
Is it too much of a personal question to ask what you need to avoid?
Hi Hati
Hati Posted Jan 12, 2003
erm...
To anlyze things too much and twist them up in my head and accusing myself.
Hi Hati
Amanda Posted Jan 12, 2003
BUT it's the lack of correctly balanced chemicals that cause you to do that surely. By the medication rebalancing the hormones etc, you should stop that automatically anyway. At least I think so.

I think it it the wrong values I give to the things/events. I need to love myself and care about myself. First of all I need to find peace. I have found the way to it.
