My Definition
Posted May 31, 2000
I think it is time that I was explicit about what I do. I am a courtesan, a professional mistress. I do not consider myself to be a prostitute, though I am sure the more narrow minded would dispute that. I do not get paid in money rather in gifts. I have a few lovers and an husband who was once one of the former. I spend time, entertain, accompany these men when they are in London on business. Some times the inevitable happens, sometimes it doesn't. Does this shock? I hope not.

The state of the art
Posted May 30, 2000
The problem with my lifestyle is the amount of exercise I need to do. It is so boring. I cannot even begin to express how much I want to scream when faced with an alpine ski machine. Aerobics turns me off, pilates bores me silly (classes full of the most pretentious people you could think of), yoga leaves me so chilled I cannot do anything for the rest of the day and tae bo is just ridiculous.
If any one can find a sport that will give me the body of a goddess and the stamina of a triathlete please let me know

Her life in a nutshell
Posted May 20, 2000
would I want to change it? I find myself in contemplative mood this morning. Saw a lover for what I am sure was the last time, last night. He grows bored of me and is looking for some one younger. Curiously so am I. Am I wrong to see the relationship as little more then an elaborate business transaction? Is he surprised that I have let him go so easily and am prepared to point out a possible successor? Probably. Do I have my latest seduction in mind? Almost certainly!
The heart is a funny thing. In most cases it mends quickly and easily, in some it becomes cold and hard. Encased in scar tissue, it quickly learns to trade its favours for other rewards. I am not paid for my services, that would render me something that I am not. Something modern society sees as tawdry and immoral. I belong to another age. But in this age I make my stand.
