Hi DDD 
I was lurking around on the stats page, and came across the parking ticket entry your working on. I recently listened to an interesrting chat on appealing parking tickets on TalkSport, don't know if it will be any help to you. The two guys involved were Neil Herron and Barrie Segal, both have websites concerning parking tickets and appealing, this is one of Segal's http://www.appealnow.com/ don't know if there's anything there you can use, or if you already know about that site.

I did have a look, but there was not a great deal I could add to the Entry from there. Thanks for looking out for me though, Emmily. I've got a warm fuzzy feeling now I'm back in PR. I knew I'd miss it!

When I saw the title on stats page, I guessed it was one of yours.
I don't know anything about parking tickets, those two guys I mentioned are regular guests on Mike Dickin's slot, so I thought there might be something useful there.
I looked the site up when they mentioned the lorry that got a ticket while being stuck in a hole. 
Peer Review can be addictive, and once you're hooked, you need your regular fix, even if it is frustrating sometimes.
