Thanks for the link JTG. Much appreciated. My interest was triggered by my younger son's visit to Lhasa, Tibet, last autumn, to see the local colour and culture; especially the Buddhist monasteries and the Potala palace of the expatriate Dalai Lama. He was in Tibet at the same time that Michael Palin's film of his own visit was shown on TV.
I shall have a good read of that after I have posted a few items. I think the Buddhists can teach us a thing or two about how to live happy and carefree lives; if that is at all possible these days! I might even print some of it off for future reference.
