So how was the homebrew Englander? Was it as good as expected. I've always wanted to have a go at full mash brewing but I've not got the space or stuff needed to do it. If you're interested in talking about beer with a few UK researchers and an Australian, then come over to http://www.h2g2.com/F24381?thread=55005 Later Phil

Thanks for asking. The stout is coming slowly and it´s slowly picking up the neccessary co2. Hope it goes without adding an extra portion of sugar.
Had a look through the thread of the "best beer conversation" It´s already a bit long. Should start a new line.
Cheers then, I´ll drop by later.

That thread has gone a bit quiet recently. I think a new thread will be started in a couple of weeks as some of us will be going to the great british beer festival in London and will have lots more to talk about then.
Good to hear the stout is moving along and hope it tastes good when you finally get to drink it.
