Wow. Nothin' here eh.. well
Classic Krissy Posted Jun 16, 2000
*shifts awkwardly in her seat* MMMMMMMmmmmm I dunno. I sure didn't do it. Well I DIDN'T!!
Anyway... let's watch Being John Malkovich. You know, I saw an interview with him about this movie and he didn't seem like he liked it at all. Not that Malkovich is normally warm and fuzzy, but he said that it made him look bad. I can't figure out how it made him look bad.
Or I guess what he actually said was that it was "unflattering".
Wow. Nothin' here eh.. well
Spaceboy Zoom Posted Jun 17, 2000
Well, I suppose I beleive you... *squints eyes for a second, then smiles again*
Ok, Malkovich it is... Geez, is he creepy though... And I could see his point about it being unflattering though... doesn't paint a good picture, but certainly adds to the mystique.
but I love the puppeteering stuff, and how wonderfully unattractive they made cameron diaz...
*passes Krissy an oreo*
Wow. Nothin' here eh.. well
Classic Krissy Posted Jun 17, 2000
*chomps on the oreo*
Hey! Wouldn'tcha' know it? I brought some milk when I came over! What are the odds of that? and me allergic and everything.
*pours a glass o' milk and hands it over*
Rushmore. THERE's brilliance. Bill Murray is always one step ahead of the comedy community. I live next to Wrigley Field and got to hear him lead "Take me out to the ballgame" last year. *sigh* he's such a comedy God.
I agree with Being John Malkovich being creepy. What else were the choices?
Wow. Nothin' here eh.. well
Spaceboy Zoom Posted Jun 17, 2000
*smiles big and all*
Oh, good, you like Rushmore.... such a good movie... Bill Murray was excellent, and so was everyone else.
*looks at glass of milk* Hmm, you know, I remembered why I don't have any milk here... I don't like milk. but thanks anyway, it is aesthetically pleasing with the oreos and all...
Other movie choices? Hmm... Raising Arizona? Dr. Strangelove? Annie Hall *sigh* I love Annie Hall...
Hmmm... what else...
*eyes porn in corner*
Nope, guess that's all
*sheepish grin*

I have to start catching up with my pop culture again...
Oh, and welcome to my... ummm... housewarming party.
Do you want any milk... it's just going to go to waste.. and have an oreo.
Hey, Krissy, did you eat *all* of them?

Spaceboy Zoom Posted Jun 19, 2000
I came *this* close to renting it the other night, but Amy and her friend wanted to see "The cradle will rock" (which also happened to be very good, but surely not in the same way... John Cusack as Rockefeller, very cool) But I was out numbered... sigh
So no more oreos... but hey! what's this? Anyone want some Samoas?
mmm... girlscoutcookies... now that's an entrie someone needs to write...

Oh my god. Samoas. *faints dead away*
You know, if there were one food in the world I could LIVE off of I think I might choose samoas. Good call. Does anyone know if the kid that was in Rushmore (I forget his name) is doing any new projects?

You know me Krissy, Corona or Latte or nothing, I'm that type of girl!
Did you know, incidentally, that Breyer's, or Edy's, depending on your region, makes Samoas ice cream? How flipping exciting is that?
In a related story, I'm pretty sure that Liz and I bought our girl scout cookies from counterfeit Girl Scouts...the names of the cookies were all different and stuff. It scared me.
End I.A.

Classic Krissy Posted Jun 20, 2000
Nope...the girl scouts changed the name of em. Stoopid girl scouty people. I was in the brownies for like, 6 months before I told 'em all to cram it and went home.
Facist b*******s. What if I don't WANT to keep the old?? *gets a kaluah for Kate* What would you like SB?

Spaceboy Zoom Posted Jun 20, 2000
Yeah, I've noticed the names being different in different parts of the country... must be regional... Samoas are not "Carmel Deelites"
Hey, i was in cub scouts for a bit... but sadly, no cookies...
