Just wandering what people's opinions are on reincarnation, if people actually have an opinion and if so why or why not

I believe Reincarnation exists, Otherwise how would you explain the feelings of being somehow placed in the wrong era. That is I assume others have this feeling.

I think I know what you mean. But then again, that feeling could also be due to a very rich imagination...what do you think?

I think that that is very possible but I also feel that there are things far beyond your minds imagining. I'm not sure if its possible that the things I feel are imagined. But then again I could be imagining that also!

That's a tricky one. I'm not sure what to think about that, or whether it's somehow connected to reincarnation...

YES!!!!!!!!!!! When I was a child, I always felt that I had the 'wrong' name (tho' I had no idea what the right one was)and that other things were/are wrong also. F'r instance, I am (was) right handed (weakly right dominant)like all my family, but felt so strongly that I 'should' be left handed, that I became left handed, to the disgust of all my 3rd form teachers. Now, many years later, I am truly ambidextrous. There are other things as well, but it has all faded compared to what it was when I was 5-10 years old...

Deja vu! (All over again). There is the story of the poet Shelley, on a walking tour of somewhere he had never been - and as he and his friends approached a hill, he started to describe what was on the other side., Well, when they came over the hill, and he saw he was right, he fainted with emotion! (Trust a poet, I've never (yet) fainted in my life.) I just wonder what it all means...smiley - fairy

Didn't I already mention deja-vu?
smiley - biggrin
I have a feeling I've been to this thread before smiley - winkeye
Seriously, I get that feeling all the time.
Too much to be a coincidence.
Sometimes I am in a situation and I think "I've done this before, and I know what's going to happen next..." then it does!
Sometimes the phone rings and I know who it's going to be!

I usually do something, and then I get the feeling it probably won't be the last time that I do that. Most of the times I'm right smiley - winkeye

I sometimes do the phone thing - and then there's the mail. I 'know' when there's (snail) mail - a lot less than there was b4 I discovered email.. Sometimes I even know who/what the sender is! Have you ever noticed someone's absence? My son (Jimmy) is finally spending nights away, now he's 14 - he would once *never* spend the night away. Well, the whole house feels different when he's away. Even when he's at school, and I get home from work, if I don't know if he's got home b4 me, I can 'tell'. Nowt to do wi' reincarnation, but interesting nonetheless - and sometimes I think I know who Jimmy was! smiley - cat
