h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've seen the lotr 's trilogy movie and find it most brilliant
but i began to read the book a few years before the movie came out and find it mostly boring (because of the long descriptions of places , characters, family links between the characters ....) maybe i was too young and i sould try to read it again now but i don't like the sort of "fashion" it has become to read that book
I've read "lord of the ringards" though (ringard = french word for hasbeen/cheesy), it's a parody of lotr which is quite ilarious by moment, i think the english title was "bored of the ring"
maybe a fan of lotr shouldn't read it though
Anyway (and even if you do read that parody, find it awful and definitively decide not to speak to me anymore) i did like the movie and the "universe" of lotr

Are you a student at a collage

no i'm at university, i study french and anglo american law (in france you just need to pass your A level to go to law university)
but i've just finished my exams for this semester so from tomorrow on i'll be working as a sell personn in a shop for half of my holidays
