Creepy? And very strange? Yes, I'm sure there's and arguement for that.
But I think getting confirmation that I am means folk know where they are.

Ah, alright then. Still never know, one of these days somewhere on the net, might be typing to a robot on the other end instead of a person...

Hey I did that Join the campaign for new smileys thing. Thanks for the tip. Wonder if there is even a of a chance of there being more h2g2 smileys made someday...
Also If you want you can catch my short story "The
Masked Highwayman." It will be a combination parody hybrid between Zorro and Monty Python, A short story medieval farsical epic...
Of course replacing the pansy fencing for a more gung-ho, claymore and greatswords chopping down table(and the accompanying bowl of fruit) type of thing. The arch-villain to this piece is going to be an icky Viscount. And it all starts out with the aftermath of losing a pub-room bet a retribution for a tremendous insult,-incognito (of course)...
There Should be a smiley wearing a glasses w/false nose&moustache, for this sort of thing, Wouldn't you say?

The Italics [hootoo's Editors] announced at the London Summer Meet that they were commisioning new smileys as we hadn't had any for so long.
We have a and a smiley. I believe is our bespactacled smiley...
When you GuideML your space remember to start with
and end with
and check that you have checked the GuideML rather than the Plain Text option and press change style before updating your space...
Also the tag is a really useful one to include when designing your space...

Ooh, neat. thanks. In case you were wondering, the biker smiley thread is still rambling away, wonder when they will make up their minds on the concept look of the thing...Do you think it would be more towards an Evil Kanieval type smiley doing-a-cycle-jump-over-something, or in terms of a smiley riding on a chopperbike?
They might both be somewhat handy. you never know, s.

I kinda picture the smiley having a leatherclad rocker motorcycle rebel look... If you see what I mean.

You've got to admit though, the disembodied hands out of an smiley was an alright punchline though. I know, kinda lame.but at least it dinn't . . . fall flat?

A pun has to be particularly clever for it to find favour with me... You can blame TV News for that, they make the most atrocious use punnage.
However the original smiley joke in post seven was not unfunny.

Your having mentioned soup has made me think of a comedy programme I've only just had the oppertunity to see, 'The Mighty Boosh', I love it, I 've only seen two episodes, but I'm hooked, it's been a while since a recent comedy creation has made me revel in the deliciousness of the humour. Shows these days seem so hackneyed and mundane, but this show appeal directly to my own sense of humour.

Oh. That's the first time I've ever heard of that one, perhaps it has yet to translate to over here...
I was referring to the "soup nazi" from Seinfield. you're right though it seems that good humour is rather hard to find these days. the tricjk is that there has to be just the right balance between the amount of mundaness giving yield to absurdity and actual ridiculousness that goes on, and it is only funny if noit overdone/ when not trying to hard. By dissecting humor I have probably inadvertantly it..
