Hi PhilFogg. I wanted to thank you for stopping by my recent journal with some input as to my issues with a family member. It was very kind of you! I came by to see your space as well, and see you were around a long time ago. I'm glad to see so many people coming back!

It's so true - families can be such a drag... 
All the more reason to ponder what really cheers you up. One of the things I love is hiking in the mountains. When I come back down, negative issues that had been occupying me even in the morning are far, far away... and I keep feeding on this feeling for days. That's my own personal, positive corner.
