The elves don't traditionally manufacture ski holidays as presents (they don't fit in boxes very well) but plane tickets, scarfs and warm mittens certainly do!

Oh alright, a pair of mittens and maybe a nice hat too. 
If she's planning on going skiing she'll need a nice warm cap.
