Hi! Thanks for your welcome. The only reason I found this site was due to some desperate procrastination attempts... the closer one gets to some important event (like writing final exams for example), the more vitally important it becomes to search the web for almost anything that might be more entertaining. As such, I was thrilled to find an answer to my childhood dreams (this site, not a Gillian Anderson photo gallery - that's more of an adult dream) - a long time ago, I remember thinking how nifty it would be for someone to actually _make_ a Guide. And *poof* here it was!
My home page could stand some brushing up - I think I'll start learning the basics of HTML so that it looks less kludgy. Was GuideML was written expressly for H2G2, or is the name just a coincidence? Actually, given that you found my page, that raises another question I haven't been able to figure out... is there a way to find a listing of home pages on this site?
Anyhow, thanks for the welcome - I gotta go study (ie. procrastinate from my procrastinating).
Greetings!

There is no explicit way to list home pages but anytime you post, your name becomes a link to your page. GuideML is an XML deriverative developed for h2g2
Also, h2g2 is owned by TDV which was founded by Douglas Adams and he appears every now and again as work permits

Also, there is a script allowing you to see who is online and visit their h2g2 page. You can find that on the home page (http://www.h2g2.com). If you are looking for help with h2g2/GuideML/just-about-anything-else, you could try these links:

Thanks for the sites. I'll check them out posthaste.
Also, I would be most interested in both of your offers for parties and cults. Or could you combine them and just have a cult about partying?
Greetings!

A cult about partying...it's so crazy, it just might work.
Right now, you might be best suited to joining the Church Of Weekendism, which comes pretty close. We worship the weekend and seek to abolish that four-letter word, w*rk. It's up to you, however.
