I see you dropped into a couple of my conversation, in my "Personal Space". So I figured I'd just open a direct line to you.
In answer to one of your queries, what do I do? As little as possible, usually. 
Really, I was in the Canadian Air Force for about 21 years. Fixed nearly anything they had for computers, radio equipment and even some Radar/Navigational Aids. So once I was sufficiently fed up with it, and eligible for a small pension, I accepted a job with a contracted company. Doing exactly the same work, on the same Air Base, but now as a longer-haired civilian. Interesting enough work, and it does pay a mortgage and the daily bills for me and a missus.
The reason I don't get into H2G2 very often during the work day is our servers. Once they get 2,000 to 2,500 users logged in, most "external" connections are either horrendously slow, or simply non-existent. 
So where are you and what do you do?
