Mantle's done, very quick job involving cutting it with a stanley knife in various places so there was a hole for my head and so it would hang properly around my shoulders. It bulks my shoulders out rather a lot!
Is Dave going to be Scrumpy?

Do you know what time it's going to start tomorrow? I've spoken to J&L about it acouple of times but for some reason they seem to swing between "no idea when it's going to start" and being adamant that Time In will be at the normal time.

*muses* All that fluff sat on your shoulders... Yes I can imagine it would bulk you out considerably. If they don't turn the heating on until an hour before we arrive (as they did last year), it should mean you don't freeze 
Oooh... On that subject, make sure Mrs D packs a hot water bottle. Last year the place was decidedly on the cold side and the prob is that it takes an age for the heating to make a noticeable difference in building that size.
Scrumpy should be along... Or at least that was the verdict this morning. Dave may of course change his mind a few times before he packs tomorrow...
