Presumably the Seahorse is the smallest horse in the world.

On a more serious note, the Shetland Pony.

On a more historical bent, the Hippocampus is the world's smallest ever horse, it was a few million years ago that it lived and it walked on three toes rather than the more common and socially acceptable one.

Thanks for the info Casanova. Actually the answer is Falabella - I finally found it on the net. It is an American Breed.
According to the answers to the quiz we were doing the Hedgehog is considered sacred in China. I find this hard to believe as I thought that the Chinese ate everything that moved and quite a bit that doesn't. Thought that you would like to know that!

Confuscious, he say "If it move, cook it.
If it no move, cook it till it does.
If it still no move, hide in Fu Yung."

The Chinese don't eat everything that moves, though. That's a bigoted and racist remark. Capitalism moves...

Scary, isn't it? I mean, The Party are suggesting that to partially solve the overcrowding problem they could expand Beijing to become a megapolis with a population of roughly 100M! That's bigger than the United Kingdom!
