Because it is only polite and I shouldn't really use a thread in Peer Review to chatter! 
The meringue looks great. 
I seem to be experiencing a few problems with my 'official' Post email just now, but the best way to submit a recipe (at least for the time being) is to copy it into a Wordpad file, press on the handy link on the PO page and then click 'Contribute' when you reach our swanky new Office. That way a copy drops into the Post database and also is forwarded to me. 
Alternatively, you can send it to us via the email link on the recipe page.
Any help I can give you, please ask. Our regular contributor, Mike, looks like being offline for a while so we are desperate for a new source of good recipes!
