Journal Entries

May 25th 2k

It's Thursay. School's out ("...for summer...") and tomorrow is graduation. On Monday I will leave this country and go home to Germany. I don't tell anybody but I can't hardly wait. Not because I hate this here. I had the greatest year of my life. But I guess I'm really homesick. A song says "Boys don't cry". Bulls**t. I cried for ten minutes when I thought about my family yesterday. And I can't remember having cried for years. Well - it will be over soon and I will be sad that I had to leave.

Hey! It's been two weeks now, since I wrote my last journal entry. I guess, that's too long.
Tomorrow is senior skip day. Friday we'll go to senior trip. We will be in Florida.

Well - Today I am tired and this is one of these days, when I'd like to say "Hey! Screw this all! Send me home as soon as possible". But just in the last half an hour it got better. I've got a date for Prom now. AND THAT WOMAN IS HOT! Well - I guess, she doesn't go with me for me (we hardly know each other), but because she wants to my school's Prom. But she can't hate me. We'll see. Life's good.

Today is Sunday and it's spring brake
Well - I'll still have to go to drame and track practise. But maybe I'll get more than only my regular 4 hours sleep. Isn't that just great?

Today I'm a little less depressed. Still - my friends get on my nerves and I don't have a prom date. But at least I'm not humming suicidal songs any more.
I didn't learn a thing in school today. What am I doing here anyway?
Well... right now I'm writing my journal. And that's useful, isn't it?
