Ah, I see. No I have not. I have no currently active alternative IDs here. Haven't had for years.

If you mean "Researcher Dot Dot Dot", that's not me, that's my bestest friend. When I tell the lasers story, the other guy in it is him. When he tells the story, as he did in the "things you'd do 20 years ago" thread, the other guy in it is ME!

We are very similar - both chartered chemical engineers, for instance, as you might expect for people who met at uni. And we do often ruefully reflect that we appear to be attempting to exist with two bodies but just the one brain... It's my turn with it today...
