Possibly you have misunderstood the public nature of this site.

If you or your friends have "private" messages to exchange, I suggest you do it in a private medium such as email, IM or the Royal Mail.

I shall continue to post wherever I like on this entirely public site.

Indeed, Nicky, he will post where-ever he feels a want. Apple/Della has more than enough experience of that. And just as he has the priviledge to read, or post where-ever he chooses, you also have the priviledge of disreguarding any unwanted posts, taunts or what-evers. Or employing that option if you find anything a personal insult or assault. Or even of a nature that h2g2 defines as "anti-social behaviour". It is a lovely site in so many ways, isn't it?
