We are trying to find out who will arrive when on the friday...do you already know your flight details? As for the rest, all the details about program, and things like that can be found on the Dutch Meet page
Shazz and I are currently discussing who will sleep where, but we're almost finished with that as well. Everything looks good, so we should have one helluva party again

We have not sorted out flights yet - am talking with Abi and Peta about it so we can coordinate as far as possible. Will keep you posted!

OK, TM and I will be picking up people from the airport, together with Marijn who will drive to Schiphol from Amsterdam on the way to Alphen.
No need to bring a sleeping bag, we can provide everybody with all the necessary sleeping equipment

I'm still not sure about the saturday though...it's a jazz & blues night. I like J&B, only usually not for the entire evening, especially in the Avifauna place, so we'll have to see what saturday evening will be like
