Helen got called into work & she needs the money for Canada.
She is definately calling for her bike tomorrow though.
She needs it for college - and work when the weather is good.
Speaking of which, if your sky is clear, watch out for a meteor shower tonight until dawn

Been a bit busy RL.
Stripped my bedroom down, removed wallpaper, removed suspended ceiling
Waiting for a plasterer {2 days} to come & do the ceiling, then I can move my bed back in.
Last night slept in my son's bed, I awoke to being poked in the eye and him saying "What are you doing in MY bed?"

And I've just heard that the plasterer is not coming TODAY either but "promises" tomorrow.
I won't hold my breath

Sounds like an interesting weekend...not...I hope that things will be sorted out soon...can't have a sad GB around here

I have been at the Lowlands festival, as you may have read already. And working for 80 hours a week for about a month now, so I could do with some rest as well.
Not that I'm complaining about being at Lowlands . Have you read my journal entry about it ?

Well the new ceiling is up, not I just have the mess to clean up
And I have a date tonight and it's the last thing on my mind.
All I can think about is my plaster-covered wardrobes & mmirror doors
Still, if I take my time, maybe he'll help when he gets here
