I do like the new picture! Welcome back, and I hope you didn't work too hard. Where did you go, and what did you see?
While you've been away about 6 squillion new researchers have joined, and this whole place has been impossible to get near. So 5.30am is a good time to be up (I suppose). Is it jet lag?

Jet lag? No, just insomnia. (or possibly a surfeit of blood in the alcohol-stream)

At the moment there are so many new researchers that only the insomniacs can get here!
I made the meet up briefly, and left before everyone got soaked on the way to the pub. I have put a journal entry up to describe what I did with the rest of the day. Poor you having to w*%@

I wasn't forced to w**k, but it seemed better to do several hours immediately rather than several days next week (if you get my drift).
Welcome back!

So do you then have time off? Or do you choose your own hours?
I've just been reading the latest survey that says people who spend more than 50 hours a week on the internet might end up suffering from mental health!? So, I'm off to add up my time and check my sanity! (Actually, I'm sure I found my mind here, not lost it)

A bit of both. My contract says something about a nominal 38-hour week (LOL) but nobody counts (as long as everything runs smoothly)
Anyhow, I'm getting hungry so I'll catch you later.
(That's probably the wrong expression to use to a fish but I'm sure you know what I mean)
Key: Complain about this post
