Yeah, it can be a bit slow on this site. I do all my postings from work, and we've got a really fast connection, but when I try it at home it takes forever and I get bored waiting. You're right about not getting a PC at home if you spend all day in front of one at work though - your eyes just can't take that sort of punishment.

I think the trouble is that I'd just never move - I discovered some build-your-own-hospitals game the other day on a friend's computer (cunningly called Hospital which was a nice touch) and spent a solid four hours in the same position.

This is why I don't have a play station either...!

Nice. I think my best story of that type was when I was at uni, and a friend and I spent nine hours (on his twenty-first birthday) playing through all twenty-seven levels of Doom on Deathmatch mode. I seem to recall the headaches and strange visions in front of my eyes lasting for quite some time. I try to avoid that sort of thing these days. Mind you, if they let me put Doom on my work PC, I might change my mind on that....
