h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I had a dream about Jesus last night.
I was sitting in my favorite strip club watching the neon lights bounce off the beutiful girls as they danced and wiggled to the beat of the music. Then Jesus walked through the door of the club and sat down next to me at the bar. He smiled as he tucked a 5 spot into the g-string of the brunette that had been dancing for me. He admired her grace befor he turned to me and said,
" So, how ya been?". I told him that I hadnt been doing to well and he said,
"Tell me about it.", as he was ordering us a pitcher of beer. Jesus poured a glass for myself and another for himself in that cup he's always carrying around. I quietly swallowed the first half of the frothy amber liquid before I started telling him about my problems. He listend patiently to me go on and on about them through three more pitchers. After that I was feeling better and Jesus and me started telling each other some dirty jokes.
We drank two more pitchers as we drank our way through the cold night. Jesus called us a cab and I guess he must have been feeling generous because he picked up our bar tab and the cab ride home. I let him sleep on the couch when we got to my place ( it was the least I could do) and I went and passed out on my bed. When I woke up the next morning Jesus was gone. At first I thought it was just a dream, but as I was cleaning up I realized it wasnt a dream and that I'd probaly be seeing Jesus again pretty soon. He forgot his wallet in my couch......

http://www.h2g2.com/A305704 says she, shamelessly plugging her own site), but since you seem to be in need of a little on-the-spot dream-analysis, here's my (thoroughly unprofessional) opinion: you're mildly worried that your life may be dissolute, so this dream is one of reassurance -- it's a message from You to Yourself to go ahead and be merry because JC himself is willing to bankroll you.

I hope the beer was nice and cold.

That is an amazingly astute observation. Are you sure your not a proffesional? I'm glad that someone took the time to take a look.
Oh and yes, the beer was quite cold (and imported).

*GRIN* Yes, I'm sure I'm not a professional dream-analyser! But I DO dream a lot. And I think about my dreams -- though I don't believe in placing too much emphasis on them. I go with the view that they are just a type of hobby for the mind, while it idles in sleep, patching together bits and pieces of reality into coherent pictures which sometimes do and sometimes don't make sense to the dreamer.

Is dream beer more intoxicating than real beer?

Well I'd have to say less intoxicating because normally I dont think myself and another person could down six pitchers of beer between us and still be in any position to remember how I got home.... But research is still in progress so I'll let you know as soon as the field work is done

p.s. -- But dream beer does taste a whole lot better than real beer..
