I see you've had a bit of a re-organisation I also love your new vt pictures and stuff, we'll draw a discrete veil over the Freudian symbolism of the tank picture . Looking forward to the next episode of your travel journal, catch you around .

Thank you, BluesSlider. I went out and bought a scanner this weekend. Some women buy jewelry when they are unhappy...I buy large electronics. I stood in the power tool aisles for an awful long time thinking though....
Anyway...the tank photo is one of my favorite, Freudian be damned. I have written a tons more on the journal, but have to go back and clean it up before posting to h2g2
I'll be around. And I can't think of anyone nicer to catch me

Well, I look forward to seeing more of the results of your retail therapy session . Diamonds may be forever, but a girl and her scanner can have more fun, eh?
I've just realised the veil should have been discreet rather than discrete, oh well, damn tricky stuff this English. As for Freud, he was just obsessed with sex and death, there are other things, like...erm...I'll get back to you on that one .

Ah yes...damn tricky English...I even read discrete *as* discreet
Besides sex and death there are...ummm...yeah...I'll get back to you on that one, too

Just thought I'd drop by and say how much I loved your latest vt stuff. You really do take some great pictures. I particularly like the one of the whales.

Thank you BluesSlider! Wow...you know how to make my day
I wanted to get a few more photos scanned, including one of the baby whale waving at us, but the scanner and I had an arguement this weekend. At the moment it has the upper hand and refuses to cooperate. I will let it stew some more tonight since I have a class, but tomorrow night I plan some cajoling...perhaps a gentle rubdown with a soft cloth....

I know what you mean about scanners, I'm still practicing with mine trying to get something half decent that isn't in a file which takes up half your hard drive. I look forward to seeing more photos later .
