Oh yes. I don't want to go to work this morning at all, sitting around in the sun is far more preferable! It was a really good day!

So... did you end up going to work, or did a "very good excuse", I mean "really compelling reason" get the better of you?

Hiya B&CG, Pastey, JimdG! hows y'all doing this fine & sunny afternoon? (That's saved me running round a couple of other forums LOL, I wonder how many other people I can find in one place? )
Sorry I had to run off before having that drink with you all, but after having stood under the tree for 20mins still getting wet; Peta seemed to think it might be not wet there but she was mistaken, I just kinda got sucked into the tube-station where it was dry...
It was spiffing fun meeting everyone, hopefully we will all do it again sometime soon

No I caved in and went. I suddenly had an over-whelming urge to have frozen yoghurt from the muffin shop round the corner from work. But I've got the next three days off while everyone else gets out of bed early tomorrow morning...so it's not all bad. Well done on starting the post party forum, you beat me to it.

I run a shop. Because when it's very hot and sunny all the strange people think it's the best time to go for retail therapy, sunday or not.

Ahh but the pub was dry too and the chips were free... which is more than you can say for London Underground

Frozen yoghurt... yum!
Lucky you with the days off. I've got 3 long days ahead, installing a new server at work, and all the transferring of stuff has to happen in the evening when users have all gone home. Oh well, gotta laugh!
The post-party forum... yeah, after a few of us had posted there last night, I began to think "OK, we've spent all afternoon and evening chatting to and about H2G2 people. So what's the first thing we do when we get home on a Saturday night?".
You get my point!

Yes, well it was the obvious thing, wasn't it?
I'll think of you slaving away while I pass the time eating chocolate and watching day time tv.
Actually after my impromptue rant about Little House on the Prairie last night I think I'll start an article on it. ( I really must learn not to shout when I'm drunk) That much indignation has got to be unhealthy when it's bottled up.

OK here! Had lots of water on the train home (as well as a thing that was described as a cheeseburger, but I won't bore you with a description of what it actually tasted like).
How's the T-shirt looking today?
