I am doing fine now .. But have been in Hospital. Am home now. I had an infected foot.
I have Peripheral Neuropathy and did not know that I had a sore on my foot that became infected. I have been told that I should never go barefoot and check my feet often for injury.
I am at home with a walker because for now I can only step on my heel of the left foot.
Today I am getting the hang of it and my kids are here to be a "goffer" for me ..
And wait on me "hand & foot " so to speak ..

I'm glad you are home now and hope you foot recovers as quickly as it can. Good to hear that the kids are goffering for you

I have been missing your company on the girls and boys thread, I think we need to have a thread party to celebrate your return and belated woohoo for crossing the 1000 line

Hi, Peanut, I am recovering well. No complications. Last Monday the Doc took the stitches out and said that now I can put more weight on the foot. That helps a lot. Be back to my old self soon. "God willing and if the devil don't object ! ! …" . . . .. ...

Any plans for Easter?

I am going to do another recycle run and an early dash to do my weekly shop before it (hopefully) gets to busy. Fingers crossed that not everyone has the same idea
