so are you geographically lost? Spiritually lost? Morally lost? (The latter being the most interesting I think - one should always have at least one controversial chapter when writing one's memoirs!)

Geographically - certainly not, even at this hour of the morning I can just about find my way back to my student res. (fairly impressive as I´ve been out all night). Morally lost - only just getting there (call it a reaction to living away from home for the first time). I think the best explanation is mentally lost - some times I haven´t a clue where I´m going, what language I´m supposed to be speaking and why exactly I´m over here anyway.

While I figure it all out I´m working on being more morally lost!

So was it a good night then?

It was actually a very quiet night - two or three drinks after work, and then a girls chat that went on until the bakery opened. The two of who were left at this stage (the rest having faded hours before) decided that we might as well stay up another two hours to say goodbye to our friend at the train station. What made it a fantastic night was that it happened after two others. Friday, Saturday AND Sunday - and I´ve another goodbye party tonight. I should probably get some sleep shouldn´t I?

nahhhh! You are a student for heaven's sake - sleep is an under-rated thingummy!

Sleep - who needs it? At the moment it seems to be impossible to go to the pub for one! We had a waitresses night out last night, and it ended up being another all-nighter. I´m completely mentally lost by now!
