I live in Pennsylvania and I'm one of the Subeditors.

The Guide's official style is to write in UK English. But Researchers don't have to use it. It's up to the Subs to change it to 'proper' English.

I'm still getting the hang of it myself and pretty much stick to putting a 'u' in 'color' and I try to call 'elevators' 'lifts' and 'pants' 'trousers', and 'cigarettes' 'fags', but like I said, it's a learning process. And since I write for living outside h2g2, I find myself getting crap from my boss when I write Mr. Smith's neighbour!

Hope that helps! And did you see the story on the front page yesterday about the earthquake in Missouri in the 1800s, it's probably right up your alley.

Mozart is my favorite composer, also. That is the reason I picked the name. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart has made such an impact on my life that I have composed a song in honor of him.
