I don't blow much of a horn about this, but now that u mention it (busted keeboard, forgive the shorthand and tipe-os) I am one of those individuals with some inside info on 9-11. I can tell u with about 61% certaintee that it was, indeed, an inside job. I'd be a lot more anxious to spread the word, but most people seem to think Saddam Hussein attacked the WTC and has weapons of mass destruction... which means the average specimen of homo sapiens massmedius is unable to so much as process conflicting information. We're entering another one of those ccles of historee where smart, literate people will keep their heads low and not let on lest people get burned at the stake along with the books on their shelf. If u think im exaggerating, give it a decade or two.

The depressing thing is, it's not that hard to figure out. It doesn't take 90 minutes to scramble NORAD air force jets during an emerencee of that nature. And if I'm wrong, where's the freakin public discourse showing both sides of the argument? It's absent. Journalists are just call-girls in the information age. And people are too goddamned stupid to care.

I'm currentlee lookin to join a commune for people who want to sit on the beach, drink beer, and watch the world sink into the ocean at twilight. Having kids seems sadistic. Hopefull a cheeseburger-induced heart attack will get me before the big die-off turns us all into frantic cannibals. Then there's the coming water wars...

You're right; there's an awful lot that simply doesn't add up... at least not to produce the version of events that the Bush Cabal would have us believe. It is depressing how so many people are so easily taken in by so few repetitions of a lie. If there's a cause for despair that really makes me want to step off a bridge, it's the perception that humanity is becoming so depressingly easy to manipulate.

Someone recently waved the banner of free speech in my face as evidence that America is great, despite the wanton and reckless cruelty of it's brand of freedom. What value is free speech in a country that is deafened by such an overwhelming and incessant clamour of nonsense, fantasy and self-righteous greed?

I do hope that it takes a great many more cheeseburgers to stop your ticker than you can comfortably consume at a sitting. If hope in the future of humanity is reduced to knowing that there is someone out there rolling his or her eyes... well, beggars can't be choosers; I'll take it.
