Me about myself
So I start back to school soon and due to the stupidity of my school I have 4+ hours of study hall on some days and there for plnety of time with my laptop to write entries and do random other stuff. Add more soon.
OK here's the deal. I've been gone since.....well I've been gone a long time. I'm back now and I'll explain my long hiatus if anyone cares to read. I had a problem with the tendon in my right wirst. After a few times of trying to drain the build up of fluid along the tendon they said screw it, lets cut him open. As one can imagine during this time it was quite odd/hard to type. I used a voice-to-text program to do school papers and the like but Sub-editing with voice-to-text is near impossible. After that I have surgery on my tongue to untie it. They promptly screwed this up by accidently stitching a salivary gland shut, which cause quite a good deal of pain and cause my tongue to grow quite big. To remove that gland was the last surgery I had. That was about 2 weeks ago and it still hurts but I can function back on H2G2 as a cilivian for now. Now I just have to see if my interships will let me have time for Sub-Editing, ACEing and Guruing. I'll update my homepage again later.
What button did you push? You must have made a mistake, your in Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. Oh well, as long as I have you here I guess I'll tell you about myself. My real name is Luke, I live state side in PA in a small town near Hershey, PA (place of the chocolate factory). I probably live a boring life for a "normal" 17 year old but I like it. I hope to get a job fixing computers soon. I actually built the computer I'm typing this on. So if anyone needs help with a computer just ask.
I like listening to "Weird Al",They Might Be Giants and most classic rock. Actually not many people I know know who They Might Be Gaints are. Worth checking out. I like to read Douglas Adams (duh!), Kurt Vonnegut and Robert Heinlein. Again, most people I know (very assamed to say this) have never heard of Douglas Adams, Robert Heinlein but some do know Kurt Vonnegut.
I'll probably write more when the mood strikes me again or I don't have a ton of homework. ;-)

Participate in the project for the search for extraterrestrial life with other h2g2 Researchers on The SETI@home Project. If you do take part, there is a small but captivating possibility that your computer will be the one to first detect a message transmitted from an alien civilization.
