I'm typing this now looking like a panda... 
Living only 10 miles away from the hottest place in the UK today brought about a wonderful day of itchy eyes, runny nose and general feeling of crapness... Even more so...
To combat this... I am dashing off now to dunk my head in a sink full of ice cold water.
