I sort of know where you are coming from. I was brought up in the church but at about 18 I felt a lot of conflict inside because I doubted everything I had always believed and this made me feel very guilty which led to me feeling miserable. It was only when I made a firm decision that I had no belief in God that the guilt disappeared and so did the misery and conflict. I am now a new woman, I live life to the full and I'm much nicer to be around since I stopped Bible-bashing and trying to convert everyone I encountered. When I see how Christians behave I cringe and then I cringe further when I realise that I acted in just the same way.
Here's to the 21st Century - an age in which humanity has no need for old superstition founded in fear.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
