Ice skating - Ouch!!

I've just been ice skating and I fell over 3 times (whoops!!) anyway I can't move, I've pulled muscles in my arms, my legs, my stomach - you name it I've pulled muscles there. I'm covered in cuts all over my knees and bruises EVERYWHERE owwwww. I'm gonna keep on going until I'm really good (that could take a long time!!)

Has anybody else heard the new BSB song, "Tell Me the reason of being lonely" It's really nice, but quite depressing at the same time.

Hello everybody, I have been informed that Esti has a secret boyfriend...
That's all i'm going to share for now... that is until she writes me a story..... ha ha ha ha ha
Don't worry Esti i'll keep my end of the bargain, as long as you keep yours.... I just couldn't resist writing something......

Guess what, this Friday i've got to go to the doctors and have part of my toenail removed FRO THE THIRD TIME - i mean how gross is that!!??!!!
Wish me luck - or actually i'd rather you wish the doctor good luck, he's the 1 removing it!!!!
I've got to have injections put in my foot!! - Yuk!!!

Hello all you x file fans, seeing as the new series 6 has recently started on BBC, i thought i'd keep you up 2 date with all of the gossip. The last ep was called Triangle, that was the one where M&S kissed in a time warp and then at the end when he told her that he loved her and that mega cheeesy smile!!!! Keep watching it does get better than that (how?? i hear you ask!!!) well for a start there's one ep called One Son, i think that stars Krycek (he's v.cute BTW)that's a real classic with the US government and then there's another on where M swops identities with a man in Area 51 when a military plane flies overhead and he gets stuck, that was a good one. And there's also this one about a groundhog day, that one's good but v.boring. Basically you just watch the same thing for 35 mins until finally at the end they manage to get out of the thing. There's another good one aswell where M&S make pretend they r a married couple that one's really funny, make sure you don't miss it!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yeah and has anyone ever seen that really funny one from an older series about Jose Chung's from outer space - that was the funniest ep ever. If u want up 2 date commentary on The X Files look at this page regularly and u can b sure u won't miss out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
