Also, apologies for having taken such a reprehensibly long time to drop in and say thanks, but last week was hectic, and this weekend was Poet's birthday, so we were both busy (mostly trying to figure out HOW you make chocolate covered strawberries...)

No, because, you see, the chocolate doesn't stick. You have to twist it. Which means it needs to be really hot and really melted. But it wasn't.
