Are you going to be going to the London meet this weekend, or do I need to find someone to email 'myself' to? I'm just asking because I need to email 'me' to Shrillian for the Sydney meet, and I might as well send to both at once tomorrow, with how long it takes to attach the darn thing.

No, a BMI of 17.8 is *not* good... 20 is borderline... A healthy BMI is (IIRC)20-25? I don't remember... But to give you some idea, she's about 5' 11"... and if that tells you nothing, see one of the photos of me at http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/amy_p1/lst?.dir=/Pennsylvania+Dutch+Meet&.view=t and keep in mind that I'm 4 inches shorter and 10 pounds heavier, and I'm pretty thin...
