Thanks for asking - actually I'm fine, I had a problem with my ear, so couldn't fly. I'm due to go back to the island on Saturday, I've been away ages and hope I have no problems to sort out once I get back there.

Yes, it was the one luxury item I couldn't do without - at first there was a local free wifi spot I could access on my balcony, but at Christmas it was turned off so I had to get the Spanish equivalent of BT. I am a radio 4 addict

well I have in the past - its a calamity when it happens as it can be expensive as well as inconvenient.

If it was just inconvenient is ok its just that I let someone who is very important down.
If it was not a Sunday I could have hired a car I have done that before it was £100 but it just could not be done in time.
