It's one of the reasons I've stayed around so long. With the exception of a few odd characters, who you get to know anyway, everyone is lovely and supportive here.

How are you finding it? Still having issues with getting entries through or are you doing okay now?

Well I haven't really started yet, but am trying to help finish an article that was in the Flea Market, and picked up by Bob Stafford. I had been looking for something to write about my local area and found this part written, so it seemed a good thing to do.

The Flea Market is a really great place to start. My Ealing entry came from there.

I really want to write something at the moment, but I can't think what. I don't have the time to research something properly informative, so I want to come up with something zany, but ideas as weird as, say, A450587, don't grow on trees. Ah well, it'll come to me one day!

I love it! There's another one on spoons that I seem to remember, as is the one trying to define a 'knob' of butter.

Thanks for inspiring me, by the way, I actually came up with, and wrote and article this morning simply because this conversation made me think about it! It'll still need altering, of course, but it's nice to have written something again.
