Hi
I just was going through my entries and discovered a bummer of a mistake that has sneaked into my page on Danish Rye Bread (http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A500482)... 
On Day 2, the amount of water to add should be 3 dl (or, if you will, 0.3 litres). 3 litres, as stated, will convert it into a very-tough-to-bake slush...
Could you amend that, please?
