I have a friend who just moved to Australia from the States on a whim. She is living in Crunulla, I think. It's hard for me to grasp the concept that you're moving into autumn as we're moving into spring. Time differences make sense to me, but the whole hemisphere thing boggles my mind (even though I understand it scientifically).

Well, I'm off to the FFFF now. See what I've been missing.

It's all about perception really, the winter in the middle of Aust is called 'the dry' and the temperatures 'plunge' to about 15-20 deg Celsius. It's all what you're used to I guess.
