I'd be inclined to stick it in PR now, and then talk to your "friend... well lover" and add anything while it's being reviewed. Then again, if it really is one week and you'd be ready, since it's been 15 months already I suppose that won't make much difference.

Ooo heck, yeh, it was a real muddle at first wasn't it heres the plan then; if I can I'll make the changes to it I want this week (but not in the article as it is), and if I get em all done and they're goo d we'l submit that on Friday coming; if I don't make the changes by then, or haven't made all of tehm, or its a real mess with the changes half in half out, we'l submit it as it currently is on that day also hey! I made a decission I'm normally not good at making decissions
