h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Whats happening regards the Madonna project and the Done Too Soon project? Just curious cos I'd like to see them as fantastic as We Didn't Start the Fire project. I'm confused why people haven't made comments about doing entries for these projects.

I'm not sure about the "Done too Soon" but I never really launched the "Vogue" one properly, so I really should. But with all the difficulties accessing the site at the moment h2g2s a bit frustrating.

Since half the Vogue entries are actually already in existence, it shouldn't be too hard to get people involved in completing it. I'll get cracking on publicising it at the weekend.

It's a shame it was not launched alongside my entry when it appeared on the front page I don't blame you I blame another but they shall remain nameless for they really are a great person just like all of us don't always think.

I hope you don't mind but I have started a collaborative thing on the vogue project. Hopefully this will get it all under way

Excellent! I don't mind at all. You probably have more time than me anyway. I don't get a chance to be online during the day, except in the school holidays. All I did was to put together the page, based on a conversation that a few of us were having at one of the London meets. It never got any further.

All I can do is try I too am strapped for net time but in a different sense so I can do a lot offline. Looked at several of the entries already partly done I think I did some of the We Didn't Start the Fire ones.

That's brilliant, opti! Well done! I'll update my page to show what's been done. And I must get a move on with my entry about Vogue magazine itself.

You might have to remove the bits of lyric on your page though, because of copyright. I listed the names in the right order as they appear in the song but I left out the words in between, just in case.

Christmas holiday over far too soon and new year seems ages ago already. I hope yours was good too.

There's no pressure I believe that some of my entries need a reworking.

Will remove lyrics...I'm finding it problematic to be original as i can't make things up out of thin air and need to keep in essential bits...hope you understand
