It's impossible. All hope has disappeared. I am gone.

You should try living inside my head! It's small, cramped, cluttered and completely impossible to find anything!

Hi Gwennie,
I'm back from the great beyond. I have a lot of catching up to do. I will e-mail you soon. Thank you for your e-mail, I loved it.

It's good to see you back! People were getting concerned about your welfare...
I'll look forward to your reply...

Let me explain. I just got out of the hospital and a substance abuse facility, after a failed overdose. I didn't have a chance to explain. The concern and kind thoughts are much appreciated. My thinking has been very muddled of late. I am home for the first time in several weeks and happy to be back. I missed all of my friends here very much. Thank you for thinking of me.
Love,
Ali*

Poor you! *Gives Alicat a huge hug* I really hope that things improve for you and sort themselves out. Do you have family or friends close by to help?
H2g2 is fun, isn't it? It's like walking into a friendly cafe or pub, knowing that you're always going to meet some friends.

I don't know what I would do without my friends at h2g2. Everyone has been so kind. I have my Dad and his wife for support. They had quite a shock, but have rallied behind me.
My best friends in the world are right here. There's always a friendly smile and great conversation. I missed the connection so much the last few weeks. It's great to be back, and to be alive. I can't tell you how much your kind words mean to me Gwennie. Thank you for the hug, too.

I know what you mean - I love h2g2 and am totally hooked! In fact, I become quite grumpy when I don't have time to log on...
If ever there's anything I can do to help, just Email me, okay? Even if it's only to have a rant about something...

Hi guys, just bouncing around, wanted to make sure alicat is alright. I hope we can provide enough moral support over the web. Gwennie, I also get grumpy when I don't have h2g2 time. See you folks around!

The moral support here is quite empowering. I have been clean and sober since May 26. Mind you, most of that time I was locked up. Now it's just a matter of knowing the consequences. I think I've been down that road enough times now. It's turned out to be a lovely day here. Both dogs are muddy and happy. I am too lazy to bathe them. They hit every puddle on our walk.

Yes, it was a lovely day today. But what would really be lovely is to meet you at Willow Farm one of these evenings at 11:30, or sometimes between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Hang in there!!

Running through muddy puddles is the favourite past time of one of my pooches! She's white too (well until she runs through the muddy puddles anyway).

My white dog Barney would never run in a puddle. He likes to be clean. He does get some grass stains on his legs sometimes from chasing tennis balls, boomerangs, or frisbees though!
Alicat, are you ok? *is very concerned*
