Joanna,

Please accept my condolences and sympathy on the death of your grandmother. Don't be worried that you're feeling down about it - it is so surprising how much time it takes to come to terms with such things, and there's no point in trying to rush through your grieving because you "think you should be feeling better", or you "ought to get on with things". It might work for you if you simply allow your grieving to run concurrently with other things in your life ... the two don't have to be mutually exclusive. Do the ordinary things as they need doing, or as you feel up to them, and think about your grandmother, and her life, at the same time.

You have your Christian faith to support you as well - I am sure you'll open your heart to its comfort and support. My thoughts are with you. Please feel free to contact me if you wish ... or not. Whatever feels right for you is what is right. smiley - smiley . I'll be in touch again in a few days on "normal business" anyway. Keep well.

Kes
