So how did you spend your birthday then?

Drinking whisky .

Actually we spent the day visiting a couple of distilleries on Islay, Ardbeg and Laphroaig. It was great, really nice and relaxing.

I had to ask my local excpert (neighbour), but I _have_ tasted Laphroaig. I thought there was something familiar...
It's hard to come by here, but an other neighbour of mine is working on an oil-rig and he has been several times on Islay and other small islands outside Scotland. So, at the annual summer-party, he always brings a bottle or two of rare whisky.

Sounds like a good neighbour to have there Bumblebee. Laphroaig is my favourite whisky but I generally like all the Islay malts. The island itself is quite beautiful, even in the rain .

Did someone say cake?
*produces plate*
Oh, I brought some hot chocolate sachets too, just the job! All I need is a boiled kettle, yummy!
*hands out hot chocolates*
*starts stuffing cake in her cakehole*
