Me: Fine, but busy.
Ryan: Stuffed with nice fresh grass and on an out at night in during the day regime which makes for an easier job mucking out at the weekends .

I have been chatting to a couple of horse whisperers on ICQ recently who are very nice and interesting. Well one is (works with Richard Maxwell) the other works at a stud.

Cool . I read Monty Roberts book and saw him do his thing a couple of years ago. I have to say it's pretty impressive stuff and no bullying. I very quickly learned that you can't bully Ryan into anything. If he don't want to do it, he ain't doing it ! It all becomes a matter of negotiation, I think you get more out of a horse that way.

It is amazing what they can do. They backed a thoroughbred filly and rode her away in the classic 30 minutes.
